Partnering with Collaborative Educational Leadership, LLC, IAS is working to help 4CD develop a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion framework, which aligns with District and its colleges’ efforts to meet Vision for Success Goals and Guided Pathways via a DEI Strategic plan with shared goals and initiatives.
