This renewal of Evergreen Valley College’s Educational Master Plan is unique in its intentional reliance upon the student voice to better understand the student experience, which will help the College focus its efforts and resources on the achievement of cohesive, integrated, and equity-centered goals. Ohlone’s Human Capital Management Plan (HCMP) will serve as a long-range plan to align workforce management with the strategic priorities by establishing goals, objectives, and strategies for recruiting, developing, and optimizing employee talent and effectiveness. At the same time, while considering a broader approach to long-range planning and prioritization around resource allocation, this HCMP will also position the College to infuse the principles of transparency and racial equity more effectively into all staffing and professional development processes.

Designed Compton College's comprehensive master plan - Compton 2024 - aligning strategic initiatives for the Vision for Success and Guided Pathways with instructional and student support programs, technology, human resources staffing, enrollment management, and future space needs,
Developed the Compton Center’s Human Resources Staffing Plan, which maps future personnel needs to goals and objectives of Compton College 2024.
Served as Educational Master Planner for updating of the Facilities Master Plan; analyzed internal and external trend data to augment the EMP, as well as emerging instructional and student support initiatives, to inform FMP design principles.
Developed the strategic plan for SRJC’s Shone Farm; prioritized mission-centered goals for the academic programs; framed a vision for the future; aligned program plans to facility priorities and the District’s strategic plan.

Educational Master Planning consultant on a $410 million construction bond project. Analyzed demographic and enrollment trends, EMP initiatives, and an array of college plans (e.g., Student Equity, Technology). Notably, this Facility Master Plan received the CCFC Master Planning Award of Excellence in November 2017.

The #EquityAvengers are Compton College President Dr. Keith Curry and San Diego Mesa College President Dr. Pamela Luster, who are widely known for their advocacy for greater racial equity in higher education, particularly in their support of underrepresented students and improving achievement gaps. Funded by a grant from the College Futures Foundation (a California non-profit that aims to increase the number of people of color completing a bachelor’s degree) #EquityAvengers Five-Year Strategic Plan will establish the roadmap to operationalize #EquityAvengers’ mission to “educate, advocate, engage, and empower institutions of higher learning and cultivate the partnerships and resources needed to eliminate opportunity and outcome gaps for minority students.”
Redesigned the Educational Master Plan with strategic goals and objectives focused upon meeting the college’s mission, improving student access, retention, success, and promoting student equity by addressing the opportunity gap; successfully integrated the EMP and Facilities Master Plans.
