Dr. KC Greaney

  Dr. KC Greaney is an Institutional Research and Effectiveness professional who earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Dr.Greaney has performed various roles in California Community Colleges, mostly centering on Institutional Research and Effectiveness, Evaluation, Planning, and Accreditation with a commitment to promoting the cause of student equity in all her roles.  In 2022, Dr. Greaney was honored to be given the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Research & Planning Group of the California Community Colleges.  Since retiring from Santa Rosa Junior College, Dr. Greaney has been teaching in the graduate level Roueche Community College Leadership Program at Kansas State University, and consulting with community colleges in California and other states.

Dr. Frank Harris III

 Dr. Frank Harris III is a professor of postsecondary education and co-director of the Community College Equity Assessment Lab at San Diego State University (SDSU). Dr. Harris is also a senior strategist in SDSU’s Division of Campus Diversity and Student Affairs, and, in 2021–2022, the SDSU President named Harris the faculty athletics representative. In Fall 2022, Harris began his appointment as associate dean of diversity, equity, and inclusion in SDSU’s College of Education, and he received the SDSU Alumni Distinguished Faculty Award for the 2022–2023 academic year. 

 Dr. Harris is best known for his expertise in racial [in]equity in postsecondary education and has made important contributions to knowledge about college student development and the social construction of gender and race in college contexts.

Dr. Sally Montemayor Lenz

 Dr. Sally Montemayor Lenz has 35 years of experience in higher education serving in leadership positions at the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, Contra Costa Community College District, Los Medanos College, and as a counseling faculty member at Sierra College. In 2021, Dr. Montemayor Lenz founded the Collaborative Educational Leadership, LLC, and provides consultation and project management services to community colleges on national and state issues focused on student access, retention, and success, college plans and planning integration, and understanding and fostering a multi-cultural organization/institution. Sally is dedicated to supporting the student journey and the employee experience to meet college goals. 

Dr. Terry Guigni

  

Dr. Terry Giugni earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a Ph.D in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of California, Irvine. He has 32 years of experience in higher education serving in leadership positions at Pasadena City College, Napa Valley College, Fullerton College, Chaffey College, and as Biology faculty at Chaffey College. Prior to Dr. Giugni’s work in the California Community College system he was a research scientist for 17 years at the City of Hope National Medical Center, the Karolinska Institute in Huddinge, Sweden, Vanderbilt University Medical School, University of California, Irvine, Medical School, and at the Kerckhoff Marine Laboratory of the California Institute of Technology. Dr. Giugni’s research focused on growth factors role in the control of normal growth and their involvement in cancer, and the viruses that cause disease in bone marrow transplant patients.  Throughout his career in higher education his work has focused on student access, retention, and success. He has extensive experience in enrollment management, developing curriculum that supports transfer and workforce development, shared governance, and the integration of instruction and student services to support a multi-cultural organization/institution. 

Rachel Marie Paquin

 Rachel Marie Paquin is a layout artist and graphic designer with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in designing reports, handbooks, and other long-form documents. In addition, she creates brochures, posters, and logos. Rachel Marie also works as a copyeditor and is in the process of receiving a professional certificate in copyediting from the University of Chicago. She has worked with Integrated Academic Solutions, LLC on designing reports and strategic master plans for Ohlone College, Woodland Community College, Northern Alameda Adult Education Collective, and Santa Rosa Junior College.
